Finding a home

A significant amount of residential development will take place in the coming years, with 9,000 new homes planned in Irvine Bay over the next 20 years. The idea behind the housing developments is to concentrate new houses around the town centres and along the coast and for designs to be distinctive and high quality. This approach to housing development will also be applied to existing housing and the proposed improvements by the council and housing associations.
