Members of the public are to be given every chance to get the information they want about the work of Irvine Bay Regeneration Company at the annual public meeting due to be held next week.
Patrick Wiggins, Chief Executive of Irvine Bay Regeneration Company said: “As the regeneration of Irvine Bay continues to gather momentum, the meeting represents an opportunity for the local community to come along and hear about the exciting plans for the area.”
Following on from the success of the question and answer session at last year’s event, which was attended by around 300 people, a number of special information areas are being organised.
The meeting takes place in the Gailes Hotel, Marine Drive, Irvine at 10.30am on Thursday, March 19th. The meeting will be chaired by Baroness Margaret Ford, Chair of the Board. To register your attendance as the vision for Irvine Bay gathers pace,
• online by visiting www.registerforevent.co.uk/irvinebay
• telephone 0845 60 66 826
• or email irvinebay@starkeventsuk.com and type “Irvine Bay – APM” in the title.
This year there will be a general question and answer session followed by more detailed sessions.
Irvine Bay Chief Executive, Patrick Wiggins, said:
Last year’s session was so successful that not everyone was able to have their question answered. Hopefully we can deal with more of the detailed questions this way and we will also be providing forms which will allow those who feel they were unable to have their question answered to be provided with information afterwards.
“We are committed to providing the people of Irvine Bay with as much information as we can.”
