Ardrossan beach pavilion

Irvine Bay Regeneration Company is seeking architects to lead a proposed beachfront development.

The Royal Incorporation of Architects (RIAS) has been commissioned by the regeneration company to manage a process to select an architect-led multi disciplinary team for the proposed beach pavilion development in Ardrossan.

Architects who wish to enter the long list for this value based selection process are being invited to submit a statement of no more than 400 words outlining why they believe their practice should be considered for the shortlist of five.

The statement must be submitted to RIAS Consultancy, 15 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BE (in hard copy) no later than 14 December 2009.
