Irvine Bay Regeneration Company today announced that its Annual Public Meeting will take place later in March.
The event, which gives local people and businesses an opportunity to hear of the work of the company and its plans for the year ahead, is to be held at St. Matthews Academy, Jack’s Road, Saltcoats, on Thursday 24th March, 7pm till 9pm.
This will be the first time the event has been held in the evening, and the fist time it has been held outside Irvine, the previous APMs all having taken place during the business day.
Chief Executive Patrick Wiggins said: “The change of venue allows us to increase the capacity, as we have seen previous meetings packed out, and the greater space will also allow us to provide more informative displays and stands on some of the major work that is going on for people to view and ask questions.
“In addition, holding it in Saltcoats and in the evening will also allow some people who may have found it difficult to attend during the working day to come along.”
