93 Princes Street, Ardrossan

The former bank building in one of Ardrossan’s main streets has been refurbished and now provides excellent quality office accommodation. Completed in June 2007, the refurbishment and extension of this stand-alone two storey building by Irvine Bay Regeneration Company provides 3,900 sq ft of lettable office space. Its transformation is an important step in the regeneration of Ardrossan's town centre.

93 Princes Street provides an ideal town centre location with office accommodation over two floors, bringing business into  the centre of Ardrossan.

The office space has been let to Ayrshire Community Trust.
