Responsible dog walking in Ardrossan

The primary schools in Ardrossan explored the dog fouling problem in their town and designed a poster campaign to influence their parents and families.

The project was a result of a meeting between Irvine Bay, Councillor Pete McNamara, the Head Teacher of St. Peter’s primary and North Ayrshire Council.

There was already a North Ayrshire wide campaign called ‘Paws for Thought’ led by North Ayrshire Council and the Irvine Bay education project connected with this wider initiative that aims to promote responsible dog walking in the area.
