ASPIRE, former NACCO site

Start-up accommodation is now available in the unique setting of the ASPIRE project at the former NACCO facility, a 37 acre site at Portland Road in Irvine

The ASPIRE project will create up to 22 fully serviced, subsidised offices, along with a reception area, communal meeting space, an exhibition area and a conference room.

The project is being operated on our behalf by Real Work Skills, who have extensive experience in working with new-start companies. The first phase of the development completed in December 2010, the new accommodation was officially opened in February 2011 and office units are currently available.

Several of the offices are occupied, but accommodation is still available. For more information about fully serviced, subsidised office accommodation email Karen Herbert on Karen@realworkskills.org.uk.

The demolition of the industrial buildings on the site was completed during summer 2010. The new office accommodation provides valuable business incubator space, ideal for start-up businesses, helping them grow and create jobs and opportunities.
