Kilwinning station site improvements

Irvine Bay worked with the owner of land at Kilwinning station to carry out short-term improvements, and are now interested in permanently developing the site.

Buildings have been demolished, the site has been cleared, and landscaping improvements have been made, making this an excellent development opportunity in the Irvine Bay area.

The removal of this eyesore and tidying of the site has immediately improved the environment around the station and is expected to spark further regeneration in the area.

Irvine Bay is providing a refundable grant to the owner for the demolition of the buildings and the clearing of the site, which will be repaid when the site is developed.
