Irvine Bay Regeneration Company is supporting Clowes to refurbish workspace in Stevenston.

The Small Business Property Fund has been set up to support the development and improvement of office and industrial property in the Irvine Bay area.

Located in Stevenston Industrial Estate, the project has created newly refurbished units from 364 sq ft to 2,275 sq ft, each with its own entrance door, with rents from £40 per week, ideal for small business start up or business relocation
