Patrick Wiggins addresses Annual Public Meeting

Almost three hundred people attended the third Annual Public Meeting of Irvine Bay Regeneration Company, held at the Menzies Hotel in Irvine on 25 March 2010.

The address was followed by a lively question and answer session, chaired by John McCormick, Board member, as delegates put their points to Patrick Wiggins, Chief Exective and Omar Elmi, Commercial Director.
