Making a real difference in Irvine Bay

Everything we do is part of our overall plan to restore the economy and create new jobs in the area. We seek out projects that will make a real difference in Irvine Bay.

Our priority is to support projects that visibly alter Irvine Bay, so we are engaged in the refurbishment of town centres, improving the built environment, bringing old property back into use and supporting new-build projects.

We are committed to working with our partners – North Ayrshire Council, Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Government – and involving the community in every aspect of what we do.
