Part of Irvine's Enterprise Area, this well positioned site offers a cleared development plot extending to 2,500 sq m and an excellent development opportunity in Irvine, Scotland.
The Gateway site development will create five buildings of varying sizes and layouts. The plan is to create a range of facilities that will attract companies at varying stages of development, encouraging organisation to locate, grow and remain within the Enterprise Area.
The overall development of the site will be undertaken in two phases:
Phase 1 - Two high-quality research or production facilities will be developed within the heart of the site. These semi-detached units of varying size have two storey offices with a single storey production/laboratory spaces to the rear. With dedicated service yards, these units are geared towards life-science processing or manufacturing.
This project is on site and due for completion in summer 2017. There are a number of live enquiries about the new development.

The development will create 2600 sq m of high quality business space which will have the benefit of Accelerated Capital allowances.

Irvine Enterprise Area provides a range of incentives for relocating businesses. Accelerated capital allowances are available to businesses relocating to this site.
