The team

There are currently 9 members of staff - 7 full time and 2 part time.

They are working for urban regeneration in the area, seeking inward investment, supporting housing development and commercial property invesment:

• Establishing a cohesive development framework and a phased investment programme for the area
• Commissioning masterplans and implementating strategies for key regeneration projects
• Working in partnership with landowners and investors to create viable development packages
• Securing the support and commitment of the community through active communication, consultation and dialoque and by demonstrating the benefits of the regeneration process
• Working with public sector partners to secure resource commitments
• Working to ensure that all development helps to raise the quality threshold
