Irvine Bay is a beautiful area of Scotland with an incredible array of opportunities for enjoying the outdoors.
The rich history of the region means there is no shortage of places to visit, including historic Kilwinning Abbey and museums that bring local history to life.
The area has excellent transport links to the rest of Scotland, making it easy to visit. Prestwick airport is the nearest international airport and there are excellent train links to Glasgow.
Come to Irvine Bay for famous Scottish links golf courses and idyllic sailing territory in the Clyde estuary. The bay is a sweep of 14 miles of sandy coastline from Ardrossan to Irvine, including a number of beautiful beaches and plans to develop a coastal park. The region is also ideal for riding, walking and cycling, with the Ayrshire Coastal Path running along the coast and plenty of other routes to choose from.
New developments are taking place all the time that will lead to improved facilities and new attractions in our changing bay.
