There are opportunities to develop new business premises throughout the Irvine Bay area, attracting new businesses into the area and creating better provision for exisitng companies.
- Already, prestigious modern office accommodation is in development at Annickbank Business Park on the edge of Irvine
- Two new shop units have been created in Princes Street in Ardrossan
- New office accommodation has been provided at 93 Princes Street in Ardrossan
- A former Bingo Hall in Stevenston is being redeveloped as a business centre.

All the towns' regeneration plans for the five towns in the area include provision for business centres and other office accommodation in the town centres, providing new commercial property investment opportunities throughout the area.
