There are opportunities to develop new business premises throughout the Irvine Bay area, attracting new businesses into the area and creating better provision for existing companies.

  • Prestigious modern office accommodation is in development at Annickbank Business Park on the edge of Irvine
  • Two new shop units have been created in Princes Street in Ardrossan
  • New office accommodation has been provided at 93 Princes Street in Ardrossan
  • A former Bingo Hall in Stevenston,  The Grange,  is being redeveloped as a business centre. 
  • In Saltcoats, the old station building at 2 Vernon Street is providing cafe premises on the ground floor with office accommodation above.
  • The former NACCO building in Irvine is providing vital start-up business accommodation. 
  • The major urban regeneration project at Ardrossan North Shore will include office accommodation on the quayside.
  • Irvine, Innovation and Industry, or i3,  at Irvine, Scotland, is set to become south west Scotland’s leading innovation and industrial investment location.
