The Small Business Property fund has been set up to provide support for developing and improving office and industrial property in the Irvine Bay area.
The fund has been created to help businesses grow by improving the quality of their commercial and industrial property. The development should help your business to expand, by taking on more staff or becoming more profitable.
Grants and loans between £5,000 and £30,000 are available to new and expanding businesses for capital costs connected with improving buildings.
New and expanding businesses in the Irvine Bay area who wish to develop or improve office or industrial property.
Applications will be considered on a monthly basis. We will assess each project individually and consider how the project fits with our strategic objectives and how the proposed investment relates to the intended outcomes.
For more information and to find out if your project is eligible and how to apply contact John Adam on 01294 608634, jadam@irvinebay.co.uk
